Services are available to students, faculty, staff and community members. We accept WickIt, Debit/Credit card, and Apple Pay for payment.

Our goal is to complete your requests correctly and on-time. We can work with you on special projects, however, last minute requests can unfairly interrupt or delay services to others and may be subject to additional fees.
Unless otherwise specified, all departmental incurred charges will be charged back to the requesting department.
If you are placing a request on behalf of another department, you must provide the appropriate account code.

Exams should be delivered in a sealed envelope, mark the outside of the envelope with “Exam” or email directly to the Copy/Mail room supervisor.
*Please note, if asking for additional prints of previous project, we ask you resend the file each time to ensure we have the correct and most up-to-date version.

- Mail & Packages arrive to campus between 9:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.
- Delivery notification from carrier does not guarantee the package has been processed or officially delivered to campus. Please allow mailroom attendants time to process packages.
- If 48hrs has passed and you still did not receive an email from the Copy & Mail Center please email tracking information to [email protected].
- Packages over 12lbs may be delivered by the facilities staff, please complete a Work Order form. Any questions regarding ETA are deferred to facilities as mailroom staff do not handle deliveries.
- You will receive the initial arrival notification as well as an additional notification on Day 5 and Day 10 if not obtained by then.
- Please review this email for package storage location. The locker terminals are accessible everyday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. If your package location is other than a locker, you may pick up at the Pick Up window during Pick Up Window Hours.
- Packages and mail not obtained within this timeframe will be returned to sender.
- Packages are primarily routed to individual listed on the package. In some cases, your designated admin may be receiving the notifications also.
- If a package arrives with no recipient info, these are placed in the Misfit zone and held for an additional two weeks. To claim these packages, please have tracking information available.
Students:
Students are required to show a physical ID when picking up personal packages. Photos of ID is not permissible. Students are not able to pick up packages for friends unless pre-approved and only under certain circumstances.
Local delivery services like InstaCart do not typically come with enough recipient information. If utilizing this service, please note you will not receive any notifications.
Student Workers:
Student Workers obtaining packages for their department do not need to show ID. These students need to know the last name of whom they are picking up for as packages are primarily sorted by last name vs department.
- Our postal equipment is capable of sealing and stamping envelopes as well as create shipping labels for UPS and USPS packages.
- Please notify us for large volume mailing projects at least 1-2 weeks in advance as we will need to ensure appropriate staffing and supplies.
- Mail and packages can be dropped in the Hawk’s Landing foyer in the designated areas.
- Please be sure to have mail delivered to the copy center before 2:30pm.
- USPS is picked up around 2:30 p.m.
- UPS picks up between 4:30 – 5 p.m.
Unless otherwise specified mail and package charges will be based on the cheapest rate available.
Any deviation from the following guidelines may cause incorrect departmental charges, delayed shipment and/or jam the machine:
- Provide department name, department account number or student campus box #
- All mail and packages must have return label, with sender name/dept
- Ensure envelopes are facing the same direction
- Do not mix sealed and unsealed envelopes
- Envelope flaps must not be nested with other envelopes or tucked in to itself
- Envelope clasps should be taped over
- Mailings with glossy effect will require pre-printed postage, please include this information when inquiring about large volume mailings.
- Mailing pieces larger than; 11.5”L x 6.125”W x 0.016” thick or over 13oz, will be processed as a package. When mailing odd-shaped items, please consult with our department for shipment options.
- Postage machine is capable of processing certified and return receipt mailings. Return receipts must be filled out by department/individual.
- Postage machine provides address verification for packages, please double check address prior to drop off. UPS will not accept PO Boxes.
- We do offer international mail services but are unable to process international packages
