Fall 2025 Check-In
This guide will serve as your resource page for all information related to the start of the fall semester at Hartwick College. We will continue to update the guide, so please check back for additional details, checklists, and move-in announcements.
All commuter students must attend Wick Weekend sessions. And be sure to stay on campus for the fun activities planned for after dinner!

Check-In Information
Check-in starts at 9 a.m. on Move In Day. All students and their families must enter campus via the West Street entrance (see map) and proceed to the Binder Physical Education Center. Signs and volunteers will direct you.
Once you’ve parked in the Binder lot, enter Binder via the Lambros Arena entrance and pick up your Hartwick Check-in Passport, orientation schedule, class shirt and other important material. The Check-In Passport will direct you to representatives from offices that need you to complete a form or provide information, that have Hartwick merch for you, or that can connect you with the College’s broad array of resources. All of this can be completed right in the tent!
Once all your paperwork has been completed, you are free until 2:30 p.m. Be sure to enjoy a picnic lunch in the Commons and Frisbee Field.
At 2:30 p.m., you will need to attend the Commuter Student Program in the Farrington Room in Dewar Hall. During the program, you will be provided with information about your Wick Weekend schedule and the resources available to you as a commuter, and you’ll get to meet other commuter students.
