Hartwick College Athletics Benefit Auction Returns May 15

The highly anticipated Hartwick College Athletics Benefit Auction is set to return on Thursday, May 15, at the Anderson Center for the Arts.Hartwick Hawks Logo This premier fundraising event, to be held from 6–9 p.m., will directly support Hartwick student-athletes by enhancing their collegiate playing experience.

Executive Director of Athletics Paul Vecchio is thrilled to see the return of a cherished Hartwick tradition.

“The Hartwick Athletics Benefit Auction, colloquially known as the ‘Wine Auction,’ was one of the highlights of the academic year for nearly two decades at Hartwick,” said Vecchio. “And we are so delighted to bring it back for a new generation of Hawk student-athletes. I cannot thank Duncan MacDonald, ’78, P’13, P’15, men’s soccer coach John Scott, and the Avanzato brothers (Tony and Vinny) enough for their dedication and leadership in bringing this great event back. I am looking forward to an incredible night that is going to make an enormous impact on our ‘Wick student-athletes.”

The auction will include a spectacular lineup of items, including vacation homes, exclusive golf opportunities, sports memorabilia, premier sporting event tickets, and more.
