Success Coach
From day one, you’re matched with a personal Success Coach who will be your partner every step of the way. This is your key collaborator in adjusting to college, connecting with campus resources, and moving into your future.
Faculty Advisor
Among all your dedicated Hartwick professors, you’ll have one designated Faculty Advisor who stays with you throughout college. Together you will choose the best classes to advance your interests, navigate changes, answer questions, and keep you on track as you complete your degree.
Career Coach
You’ll work one-on-one with a specialist in career guidance, someone who will offer practical advice tailored to your goals, and help with whatever you need, from identifying research and internship opportunities to applying to graduate schools.
Alumni Mentor
In your junior and senior years, you’ll connect with an Alumni Mentor, who will help you build confidence in your career readiness as you take key steps forward, including link up with internships, service learning, and job shadowing. By providing advice and perspective, serving as a job shadow or internship host, and coaching you pursue a goal aligned with their experience, alumni mentors play a vital role in your success. You will be a student for three or four years at Hartwick—you will be a member of the alumni forever.
