Academic Space Committee Request
Please use this form to submit a request to the Academic Space Committee for consideration of space modifications or usage/change requests. Requests that don’t fall into the above categories will be considered on a case by case basis. The Academic Space Committee meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month to consider requests. Department Chairs only. Please use this form to request the hiring of an adjunct to teach one or more courses if you have missed the deadline for identifying adjuncts in the departmental course schedule you submitted to the Registrar’s Office. Please submit one form per adjunct. You may request up to five courses across multiple terms within an academic year. Please use this form to apply for funding for capital project support through OAA. The Office of Academic Affairs committee will meet on a regular basis and inform faculty in a timely manner if their request can be approved.
