Associate Professor of Political Science
Jim Buthman is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Hartwick College. He teaches an array of courses within the field of American politics and public policy with an emphasis on environmental and energy policy. Professor Buthman’s research examines the effect of public policy on energy and the environment.
